Getting started
How do I earn points?
Complete surveys, install apps and finish offers. Points are added to your balance once the advertiser confirms your completion.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating an account and earning points costs nothing.
How do I log in?
Continue with Google, Facebook or Apple, or request a one-time code by email. There are no passwords to remember.
Can I install the app on my phone?
Yes. Use the install prompt, or open your browser menu and choose “Add to Home Screen” to get an app-style shortcut.
Points and rewards
How do I redeem my points?
Open Rewards, pick a reward you have enough points for and click Redeem. You will be asked where to send it, such as a PayPal email.
How long does a reward take to arrive?
Most rewards arrive within 24 hours. Bank transfers can take 3 to 5 business days.
Why are my points missing?
Some offers take a few days to be confirmed. If it has been longer than 7 days, contact us with the offer name.
My offer did not track. What should I do?
Make sure you opened the offer from our site, completed every step and had ad blockers turned off. If your points have not appeared after 7 days, contact us with the offer name.
Invites
How do referrals work?
Share your invite link. When an eligible friend earns points, you normally earn 5% of their points. An active referral boost increases that commission.
Raffles
How do raffles work?
Spend points to buy entries into an open raffle. The cost per entry is shown on each raffle, and winners are listed under Recent Winners.
Account
How do I change my name or reward address?
Open Account settings to update your name, phone number and the address we send rewards to.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page and send us a message. Include the offer or reward name so we can help faster.
