1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use PrizeCrave. You may hold one account only.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. The information in your profile must be accurate and kept up to date. A complete profile is required before you can claim rewards.

3. Earning points

Points are earned by completing surveys, offers and other activities from our partners. Points have no cash value until redeemed, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or removed if an activity is reversed, rejected or found to be fraudulent by the partner.

4. Redeeming rewards

Rewards are subject to availability, your location and the balance in your account. Redemption requests are reviewed before they are fulfilled and may take time to process. You are responsible for entering correct payout details; we cannot recover rewards sent to an incorrect address or account.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location, create multiple accounts, use bots or automation, provide false answers, or abuse referrals or promotions. We may withhold points, suspend or close accounts, and refuse redemptions where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

6. Referrals and promotions

Referral commissions and promo codes are offered at our discretion, can be changed or withdrawn at any time, and are not earned on fraudulent or self-referred accounts.

7. Advertising

Advertisers must comply with our ad guidelines and applicable law. We may reject, pause or remove any advertisement at our discretion.

8. Third-party services

The offers, surveys and links shown on PrizeCrave are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Merchants shown do not sponsor the rewards and have no affiliation with PrizeCrave.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrizeCrave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions to the service.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using PrizeCrave and close your account at any time.
